Mr. Cai Wei Bing, CEO of AIA Group Agency Distribution, made the one and only visit to the AIA flagship agency Challenge District in Hong Kong.

Having joined AIA Guangzhou in the 1990s, he tirelessly cycled around, seeking business opportunities, ultimately assembling an 800-person team within 12 years. Later, at the invitation of the Regional Chief Executive and Group Chief Distribution Officer, Mr. Jacky Chan, he joined the Group Executive Committee and rose to the position of CEO for the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Cai's remarkable achievements are matched only by his humility and gratitude. He consistently acknowledges our Executive District Director, Terence Yee, attributing the success model of the Hong Kong team as a major source of inspiration.
